You will be based primarily in the prison’s visitor centre and visits hall providing support, advice and guidance to families visiting prisoners, facilitating prison visits, family days, as well as supporting the catering and play service.About You:To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of working with families from diverse backgrounds, within a Supported Service. You will have the ability to provide a warm welcoming environment to ensure that families, children and prisoners are treated with respect, dignity and courtesy.
