Deputy Nursing Home ManagerBanstead, Surrey£50,000 - £55,000 per annumHoward Finley Care are currently looking for an excellent Deputy Nursing Home Manager to support in managing and developing a small 30 bedded nursing home based in Banstead.Role and Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN / RMN:The Deputy Home Manager will be a passionate and caring social care professional and will ideally be working as a Senior Nurse, Unit Manager, or a Deputy Manager at present. The chosen candidate must possess a willingness to work alongside your team on thefloor and display best practise as well as the ability to complete supernumerary hours in the office alongside and in the absence of the Registered Manager.Experience Required of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager RGN/RMN:The Deputy Care Home Manager should have experience of working in an older person setting, producing well developed care plans. The Deputy Home Manager will have worked with and mentored a small care team and have a track record of supporting more juniorstaff.
