Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand theirteams are seeking a number of trainee and experienced Client Service Associates/Customer Service Associates within their Surrey based offices.The roles offer an element of remote working where you will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days every two weeks, with the rest of your time working from home.These varied roles provide their clients/customers and advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range enquiries using various interactions in order to build strong relationships, whilst also offering an excellent level of customer satisfaction. Theseare very much career progressive roles, where you continue to develop your skills, knowledge and experience that will enable you to choose your career path in Client Services or within the wider businessAs an Associate within this area, you will be provided with full product training in order to understand and provide first line support to customers, advisers and members.
