Job Description

New role: Complaint AssociatesLocation: Surrey (Epsom/Sutton area)Working Pattern: Hybrid workingRemuneration: Excellent package including, bonus up to 10%, 10% non-contributory pension, extremely flexible hybrid working pattern, free parking, onsite (free gym) and various other additional company benefitsEven during these unprecedented times, my client a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". They have consistently grown and evolved over the last couple of years and this is something that they are not lookingto change.They are now seeking additional Associates with various levels of complaints experience, who will play a key part in helping to help drive client centric change within the business through solid reasoning and accurate complaint management.This will include managing your own portfolio, with the aim to not only respond with a level of detail and quality that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations, but to address the root cause of the query, providing appropriate information to customeraccounts, whilst ensuring that any regulatory requirements are met.Possessing excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, your experience will have ideally been gained within a regulated (financial services, banking or insurance environments)complaints or customer service environment, together with proven interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a environment that works to tight deadlines.Full product training can be provided, together with genuine ongoing training and long-term career opportunities.Further information including detailed of the remuneration package and ongoing career development opportunities are available on application.
