You will gather newskills and learn from others as you grow within your career.Every day will be different and challenging, but you will have all the support you need!You will be within a team of brilliant individuals who have lots of skills and experience to share & you will enjoy learning along the way with valuable advice and guidance too.Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too.
• You will take responsibility for pupils emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals.
• You may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising children as they explore further afield.
• Providing a helping hand to the class teacher and effectively completing any daily routine tasks needed.
• Ensuring pupils safety during the day.
• Using unique ways to cater tasks to individuals learning methods.
• Maintaining a tidy and safe learning environment.

SEN Teaching Assistant Job Details:

• Part Time/Full Time
• Between £16,500 & 18,700per annum
• 37.5hours per week (FT)
• Permanent
• 8:30am-4:30pm
• 39 weeks of the year
