Job Description

Do you want a customer service role in a small, friendly and flexible company Do you enjoy working with people, especially building internal relationships Our Norfolk based client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work closely with their engineersto improve business relationships and bring in more business.Youll be bringing your customer service and upselling skills to get in contact with engineers and field staff to ensure that they are looking for other opportunities around their existing assignment to try and support other potential customers in the area.Your people skills will be key to building relationships with staff over the phone to ensure that they are always looking for new business development opportunities. Youll also get to handle new incoming leads, taking information from the field staff andusing web chat features to support potential customers. Youll be able to upskill yourself by leaning about managing and investigating private tenders to bring in large contracts, any experience of this is a bonus.Youll get plenty of benefits in this role, such as:
