Job Description

Are you a passionate children’s support worker who is looking to further their career whilst having fun and helping the children & young people in their day to day lifeBetter Healthcare are working closely with a specialist client to provide care and support to children and young people who have complex needs and specialise in the communication and learning challenges associated with Autism.Day to day duties include:

  • Providing vulnerable children with the care and support they will need to become independent and succeed
  • Safeguarding the children & young people
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Ensuring that you are aware of care plans & able to provide person centred care
  • Showing passion for organising and supporting childrens activities
  • Supporting the children in education
    • Late shifts and long days available.Due to the location of this service, being able to drive would be beneficial.Benefits include:
