Job Description

Whether its practical support with a friendly face, acting as a key worker, taking charge of personal plans and quality audits or undertaking SVQ assessments. But itsalso a role for a leader, as youll allocate work, organise rotas, performance management and deliver training to staff. Youll even contribute to our quality improvement through the plan.And, while you help us continually improve, well support you own improvement.
