Youwillalsosupportalongside the schedulingteamand provide other general officeadministrationservicesfor the wider property maintenanceteamIn thisroleyouwillworkeffectivelywithallkey business areas including PMD, thecustomerservice centre, contractors, managers,operativesand internal/external clients and customers, taking enquiries both over the phone and via email.The Works Support teamworkingwithin the Property Maintenance division and areresponsiblefor scanning and filing datasensitivedocuments including EICR and LGSR records, the sending and receiving of emails and alsoworkingon the phone speakingwithourcustomersand internaloperatives.Please note this is a fixed term role due to end in August 2025For further information please download the attached job description.More About youHere at Places forPeoplewe are looking for someone who is asspirited as weare about delivering greatcustomerservice. To beconsideredfor theroleyouwillhave previousexperienceworkingin a volumeadministrationrolewithacommitmenttodeliveryfirstclasscustomerexperience. To be successful in thisrolecandidates must be able to demonstrateexperienceofworkingwithin a busy officeenvironment, and youwillhave previousexperienceofadministration.Experienceof booking, scheduling and confirming appointments isdesirable. Although this is anadministrationroleyouwillbeworkingon the phones for a large portion of the day, taking calls from external and internal customers soexperienceworkingofcall handling would be highlyadvantageous.Exceptionalorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytoeffectivelyorganise your own workload whilst maintaining a high attention to detail andaccuracywillenable you to succeed in thisrole.Youwillhave an excellent telephone and I.T. skillswitha soundunderstandingof Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Theabilitytointerrogateand present data in different formats is essential.
