Job Description

Job Title: Technical AdministratorLocation: Preston with option for agile workingSalary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annumYour new role: This is a great opportunity to join a growing FM business and be part of a great team. Supporting Senior Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects by providing exceptional technical administrativesupport.Duties:

  • Producing technical reports presentations using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Collation of documents
  • Raising recharges on the financial system Evision13
  • Preparing welcome packs for new clients along with updating company presentations
  • Providing Administrative support to Building Consultancy as directed by Team Leader
  • Collating various technical monthly reports for BC Senior Management
  • Finance administration to include raising of invoices
  • Using Evision v13 finance system to raise tasks and answer invoice queries in a timely manner
  • Diary management for Director and Senior management team
  • Assisting with reviewing, updating and creating new processes
  • Mentoring and providing 1 to 1 coaching to the Apprentice Administrator
  • Typing of letters, minutes and forms
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
Skills and experience required: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a senior administrator role and will be fully conversant with Microsoft applications in particular advanced Excel and word. It is essential that you have experienceof generating and manipulating financial reports from accounting and finance systems. In addition, you will have good numeracy skills, along with excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy in the work you produce. You will be methodical, organised andable to prioritise your workload with ease.
