Driving profitability, awarenessand establishing KPIs to track performance, you shall drive constant improvement to raise the standards. A key to the decision making process. This position with hybrid working is a value-add role in a capable finance team. Main role duties: Managing the process of setting annual targets, budgets and the 5-year strategic plan Partnering across functions, challenging peers to deliver / over deliver the financial performance both monthly, quarterly and annually Lead on the planning processes for various high value contracts as well as managing risk across the contract lifespan Cashflow management, ensuring accurate forecasts are maintained Stakeholder engagement to deliver detailed financial planning, ensuring ownership throughout the business Take responsibility for various contracts of £10million+ Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:To be considered for this role you shall have a proven track record in a Finance Business Partner role. With a strong academic record you shall also be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or QBE with advances skills on Microsoft Excel. A strong communicator,and able to influence the decision making process, you will also be skilled in presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
