Job Description

CLASS 1 HGV DRIVERS WANTED - DAYS OR NIGHTS(PRESTON)Search Transport are looking for HGV Drivers for our Lancashire based ClientAs well as excellent rates of pay, you will be rewarded with clean work, good hours and regular shifts.The JobDriving a Class 1 Truck (either curtain side or box unit trailer). You will be trunking around the UK, similar experience delivering to regional distribution centres is an advantage. Duties will involve dropping and swapping trailers, delivering and reloading and collections.

  • Start Times on DAYS vary between 0600-0900
  • Start Times on NIGHTS vary between 1600-1900
    • Days 13.00 phNights 14.00 phSaturday 15.50 phSunday 18.00 phNight Out £25Full Time and Part Time Hours AvailableVarious shift patterns available to suit you between Monday to SundayDriver RequirementsIdeally drivers will have prior experience with delivering palletised loads to large distribution centres.Must have excellent knowledge of WTDGood geographical knowledgeYou must have a Class 1 (C+E) licence, digi card and CPCYou will need to have no more than 6 minor points on your licence for insurance purposes and must have a digi card and CPC.Why temp with SearchThe search driving team has got over 10 years experience, winning awards yearly.
