Internal sales position selling a range of construction products such as: concretes, mortars, sport surfaces, paint, coverings, flooring systems
Selling to contractors and distributors
Focusing on handling customer enquiries
Responsible for the sales admin, managing the processs and also queries/complaints
Processing sales orders
Dealing with inbound calls initially
Lead generation
Responding to customer queries and providing advise
You will be targeted on the timescale and accuracy of processing orders and logging complaints onto the internal system, with sales targets to follow once fully settled
Working in an internal sales team of 3

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales/Customer Service - Construction Products with:

Must have sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
Excellent customer service skills with experience on the telephone
Highly organised, motivated and driven
Must be energetic and willing to learn
Excellent communication skills written and verbally
Strong attention to detail ability
Must be computer literate
Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
