Job Description

Sales Executive - SportsThis full-time role is to become part of a small but growing company. Each member of the team plays a valuable role in the success of the business. Your key area of sales will be bespoke sports apparel and accessories to Western European sports events. Our current clients include running events, cycling events, football clubs and charity events.Our office is based in Balerno on the outskirts of Edinburgh with easy access from the M8 and A720. It is also just 2 minutes off the Water of Leith - we have a shower for those wishing to run/cycle to work. Once training and probationary period is complete, working from home one or two days a week is possible. Flexible working times between 7:30am and 7:30pm.Sales:

  • You will be selling via a B2B channel to running events, cycling events and charity events. The majority of clients need our products for their club/event so there is no hard sell.
  • Maintain existing client base and establish new client base.
  • Keep existing clients up to date with order progress and get feedback after products arrive.
  • You must be a team player.
    • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • You will have a 1 year minimum sales experience in B2B sales.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work independently. We don’t believe in micro managing people.
  • Very self-organised and hard-working.
  • Excellent IT skills as we work on several platforms.
    • Desirable Skills:
  • Sales experience within the sports and/or events industry.
  • Experience in sports event management.
