Job Title:Office Administrator Reports to: Office ManagerDepot: LWC DoncasterMain DutiesThe administrator will be responsible for general administration duties within the office they will take customer orders and input them onto the trinity system. They will be responsible for recording and correctly cashing up all cash, cheques and PDQ’s thatarrive into the Depot. They will be responsible for helping with daily office jobs including the post, daily administration work and receiving and processing orders.Key Skills• To keep track of run sheets and to collect and record delivery notes from the drivers.• Cash Postings - to check and record all incoming deliveries.• Responsible for all cash, cheques and PDQ’s which have arrived back from any deliveries as well as those which have been received by Account Managers.• Ensure that the payments received and the Cash postings spreadsheet balance at the end of every working day.• Responsible for making sure that at the end of every working day all money, cheques and PDQ’s must are cashed up and stored in the safety deposit box/ office safe.• Administration tasks around rep expenses and petty cash maintaining.• Order processing for customers and assisting in answering telephones and taking messages.• Responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.;Knowledge and Experience:• Good team work skills.• Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.• Accuracy when counting money, checking data and keeping records.• Use of ‘Trinity’, to check accounts, previous invoices and placing orders.• Good teamwork skills, with office staff as well as drivers and warehousing staff.LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies.
