One of Derbyshires leading and largest commercial law firms has an exciting opening within its private client division for an ambitious and confident associate solicitor to join its close knit and highly reputable private client department based out itsmodern commercial offices in the beautiful Derbyshire town of Bakewell.Youll have real work life balance and the opportunity to work flexibly from home (up to 2 days p/w).You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and possess previous private client experience.Your new role will see you working closely within a very experienced team where youll have full support from senior members and also paralegal/secretarial support with your caseload.You will handle your own portfolio of private client matters including:- Will writing- Trust and estate planning- Probate and the administration of estates- Lasting Powers of Attorney/Deputyships- Trust & Estate planning- Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax- Care home planning- Agricultural EstatesYou will also providesupport to the partners and the wider department (as and when necessary) and provide supervision to less experienced colleagues and trainees, contributing to the overall running of the team and/or the departmentThis is a great opportunity to join one of the region’s leading law firms within a really well-regarded team where youll have exposure to great quality work and be able to develop your experience and progress your career!On offer is a competitive salary and full company benefits including hybrid working & 25 days holiday! #J-18808-Ljbffr
