Job Description

Waiting Staff, Bar Tenders & Baristas£9-10.00 per hour + company benefitsYOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE FOR THESE POSITIONS.We are looking for Waiting Staff, Bar Tenders and Baristas (40 hours) to join a new team at a brand new table service restaurant and bar serving quality fresh food menus in very stylish surroundings. It will initially be open day times only for breakfast and lunch with an evening service to follow three nights a week.The emphasis will be on delivering a high end relaxed service, serving quality restaurant/brasserie style menus - all fresh locally sourced produce, and giving exceptional customer service. We need you to have waiting, bar tender or barista experience gained in either independent or branded high street fresh food table service restaurants.You will need your own transport, because there is no public transport to the restaurant.ROLE - WAITING, BAR TENDER & BARISTAAs a waiter, bar tender, barista you will:

  • Take food, bar and coffee orders and prepare drinks
  • Wait on and look after tables giving excellent service
  • Report to the restaurant manager
  • Stock and replenish the bar and coffee area
  • Work in a hands-on capacity
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and be extremely organised
  • Take pride in your work and surroundings
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Maintain all legal requirements
  • Complete required administration
    • ATTRIBUTES - WAITER< BAR TENDER & BARISTA
  • Experience as a waiter, bar tender and barista in quality fresh food table service restaurants in either the branded high street or independent sectors
  • Have real passion for the industry and take pride in your work
  • A very keen eye for detail and high standards
  • An understanding of stock rotation and merchandising
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
  • Ambition, passion and drive to succeed and further develop your career
  • IT literate - working with systems, process and social media
