Job Description

This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful international business at its European centre head office located in the Bagshot area (free onsite parking available). Excellent training and support provided.In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support in managing tender processes. This will involve building relationships and communicating extensively with various internal stakeholders and working closely with the customer serviceand sales teams. Managing the tender processes from start to finish will require a project management approach, obtaining all the required formal templates, applying excellent attention to detail, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will also be responsiblefor uploading all tender prices on to the ERP system and ensuring the pricing database is kept up to date. Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in anticipating contract renewals and informing the sales team of the deadlines and anypricing updates in tender documentation. In addition to Tender & Contract responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business, which could include for example office management, customer service and sales & marketing.The successful candidate will be pro-active, results-orientated, a team player and have excellent attention to detail. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, collaboration and organizational skills. Good IT skillsincluding MS Word and Excel are also required.
