Job Description

Job title: Senior Sales CoordinatorLocation: BagshotSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 subject to experience, plus commission (£6-£8k) plus benefitsContract Type: Full Time, Permanent (Some weekend work required)Were looking for an experienced, sales focused individual to join our clients busy team in Bagshot.Working for a successful retail business, you will be supporting the growth of the business and their brands.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Selling the benefits of the business and the brands, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to understand, identify and set objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales pipeline
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships with the team
  • Managing the end to end sales process - responding to initial enquiries and turning them into sales
  • Managing leads/potential customers
  • Liaising with the Operations team to arrange installations and deliveries
  • Maintaining the CRM system, ensuring all information is kept up to date
  • Attending consumer and community events
  • Oversee the show sites and sales office

  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment
  • Confident customer service skills both over the phone and face to face
