Job Description

Restaurant Supervisor£10.50 per hour + company benefitsWe are looking for two Restaurant Supervisors (40 hours & 32 hours) to join a new team at a brand new table service restaurant and bar serving quality fresh food menus in very stylish surroundings. It will initially be open day times only for breakfast and lunch with an evening service to follow three nights a week.The emphasis will be on delivering a high end relaxed service, serving quality restaurant/brasserie style menus - all fresh locally sourced produce, and giving exceptional customer service. We need you to have supervisory experience gained in either independent or branded high street fresh food table service restaurants.You will need your own transport.ROLE - RESTAURANT SUPERVISORAs the restaurant supervisor you will:

  • Take responsibility for opening and closing and running shifts
  • Train and develop the team
  • Report to the restaurant manager
  • Work in a hands-on capacity serving food & beverages
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Help to manage stock and labour
  • Work closely with the kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards and all legal requirements
  • Complete required administration

  • Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in quality fresh food table service restaurants in either the branded high street or independent sectors
  • The ability to train and motivate people and teams
  • Have real passion for the industry
  • A very keen eye for detail and high standards
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
  • Ambition, passion and drive to succeed and further develop your career
  • IT literate - working with systems, process and social media
