Registered Nurses RGN - Days

  • Located in Bagshot, GU19 (close to the Train Station)

  • £19.00 to £22.00 Per hour (DOE)

    • Working for:This beautiful Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Centre is a state-of-the art purpose built centre that specialises in providing Nursing Care to Adults and Elderly service users with Neurological issues, Strokes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Complex Care needs.About the position- Registered Nurses RGN - Days
  • Carries out all acquired Nursing procedures
  • Writing and updating person centred care plans
  • Have a clear understanding of the regulated activities and nursing outcomes to be achieved based on the essential standards of quality and safety.
  • Administering Medication
  • Ensuring the Care Centre is following correct policies, procedures, working practices and review as necessary to ensure compliancy.
  • Registered Nurses RGN will be responsible to assess patients, plan, implement and review personalised care programme, advice and support patients and their families.
    • Registered Nurses RGN Job Requirements:
  • Qualified as an RGN, with a current NMC Pin Number.
  • Experience in a Care Home and preferably with experience of dealing with complex care or Neurological issues or similar service users.
  • Understanding of the need to work within a regulatory framework and awareness of current National Care Standards and associated legislation.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
    • Experience in some of the following Nursing Skills is useful but not essential:
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Peg Feeding
  • Suprapubic Catheter
  • Diabetes Care
  • Female and Male Catheterisation
  • Venipuncture
  • Self-motivated and organised.
