Purpose of the role:To support the mortgage processing department.Key Accountabilities:Working within the mortgage administration teamMonitoring email inbox and responding to queriesProcessing inbound and outbound postHandling incoming callsDealing with customer queriesLiaising with brokersEnsuring that FCA regulations are adhered toUpdating customer records and ensuring the CRM system is up to dateEssential Skills/Qualifications:Strong administration experience working within a regulated environmentUnderstanding of FCA regulations and TCFGood communication skills both written and verbalPC literatePlease note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
