Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorContract Type: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: on the outskirts of SunningdaleSalary: £18,533This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office-based customer services/administration.Were looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service as you will be supporting the team in ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Assisting customers via email and phone
  • Sorting incoming post
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Updating mailing lists
  • Ordering office consumables
  • Organising customer collection orders
  • Other admin based tasks as required

  • Computer literate and quick with picking up complex systems
