Customer Service AdministratorLocation: BagshotSalary £23,000 + free parking + benefits My client who are based in Bagshot are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have dealt with escalations and first responses for complaints. We are looking for customers who has got strong administration skills and are confident building strong working relationships with customers over the phone.Daily DutiesDeliver outstanding customer service by ensuring that orders are processed smoothly and that our Customer is at the heart of everything we do.Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.Completing daily checks which support the effective operation of the team.Management of late/ potentially late orders.Ensuring premium delivery orders are processed and dispatched on the correct day.Handling payments and refunds.Completing daily refund reports and monthly gift voucher reports.Cover for CS Administrative Assistant when they are on holiday.Deputise for the Customer Service Manager in their absence.Any other reasonable duties/requests as required.Key skillsExcellent communication and people skills.A good understanding of the needs of customersWill need to have an excellent eye for detail and be meticulous in their work.Computer literate and quick in assimilating complex back office systems.The ability to multi task and handle stressful and demanding situationsEffective time management and prioritising skills
