Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Bagshot Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 An opportunity has arisen to join a successful and growing organisation to ensure that orders are processed smoothly and that their Customers are at the heart of everything they do.This role is heavily admin biased with a requirement of good knowledge of Excel in order to run reports for the business.Key tasks:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter to deal with escalations only
  • Completing daily checks which support the effective operation of the team
  • Management of late/ potentially late orders
  • Ensuring premium delivery orders are processed and dispatched on the correct day
  • Handling payments and refunds
  • Completing daily refund reports and monthly gift voucher reports
  • Cover for CS Administrative Assistant when they are on holiday
  • Deputise for the Customer Service Manager in their absence
  • Key skills:
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A good understanding of the needs of customers
  • Will need to have an excellent eye for detail and be meticulous in their work
  • Computer literate and quick in assimilating complex back office systems
  • The ability to multi task and handle stressful and demanding situations
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills
