Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Spanish and Italian Speaking Customer Support Executive to work for an excellent company based in South Cambridge, however they would be happy for someone to work fully remotely after initial training. Its a greatopportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow the team. The role is a full-time permanent position.Typical duties include:

  • Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
  • Solving first-line basic issues where possible before passing on more complex queries to the senior team
  • Contacting customers to update them on their orders
  • Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders
  • Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
  • Accurate data entry into the salesforce system
The Successful Candidate:
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and Italian
  • Experience in a customer orientated position
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
