Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for an excellent organisation who are based in South Cambridge. Theyre looking for someone to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be a mixture of outbound calling and administrationduties.Typical duties would include:

  • Outbound calls to different organisations to make initial enquiries.
  • Sending out company information to interested parties to book events.
  • Responding to email and website enquiries.
  • Liaising with both parties to confirm availability.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required by the team.
The Successful Candidate:
  • Previous customer service experience with a professional telephone manner.
  • Able to maintain high energy levels with a positive outlook.
  • High level of attention to detail and able to work in time pressured situations.
  • Good MS Office skills and able to pick up new skills quickly.
