The RoleThe Receptionist is one of the most important roles in the organisation as they will act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors on site and first impression count. This key role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities: from the initialwelcome of visitors, dealing with incoming phone calls and other general reception duties, as well as assisting with event and meeting organisation and bookings.We are looking for a friendly, and experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic and customer focused individual who will thrive in this busy and growing environment and is motivated by delivering excellent customer service. Excellent customer service skills are essentialas well as being proficient in Microsoft Office. The role requires that the successful candidate has a can-do mentality, willing to help out as necessary, and get satisfaction out of doing a great job, and making a positive impact and impression to all theycome into contact with.This is a Job share role working Monday to Friday on a split shift either mornings or afternoons. working 25 hours each per week.
