Job Description

Eclectic Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Office Administrator to join their client initially for a 3 month period. You will be joining the Office Operations team and be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Job Duties:

  • Support Senior Manager, Office & Executive Administration to ensure smooth running of the office
  • Process international travel bookings with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide diary and email support to the Senior Manager
  • Deliver a first-class visitor experience
  • Day-to-day responsibility of office administration (eg: post, stationary, office supplies)
  • Maintain company databases in accordance with requirements
  • Process delegated purchase requests
  • Manage and liaise with contractors
  • Support the team & visitors with office and facilities related matters
  • Assist with the management of company events
  • Assist with the set up & induction of new starters
About you:
  • Previous experience with international travel bookings
  • Previous experience working as an office administrator
  • Possess superb organisational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
