Job Description

Management AccountantSouth Cambridge - £40,000 - £46,000If you are a qualified or experienced management Accountant, looking for a step up or new challenge with an organisation who do good, then this could be the opportunity for you.This charity are looking for a Management Accountant to support the Head of Finance, mainly with forecasting, budgeting, monthly management accounts and year-end accounts.Responsibilities will include:

Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
Cashflow review and forecasting
Annual budgets and forecasts
Completion and submission of VAT returns, as well as offering VAT advice to colleagues
Electronic payments and monthly payment runs (UK and International)
Supervising transactional accounting tasks
Attending board meetings
Liaising with external auditors for year end
Producing statutory year end accounts

We are ideally looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with good business partnering skills and strong management accounting experience.
