Job Description

Our client is an established research institute who are looking to take on an IT Systems Administrator within a Windows Server environmentKey duties will include:

  • Responsible for supporting the companies Windows Server environment.
  • Administer Active Directory and amend user accounts for new starters.
  • Monitor performance, report and maintain server stability.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for internal ticket requests and main point of support for Office 365 services.
  • Assist with SQL Databases and business systems.
    • The successful candidate will have:
  • 5 GCSE’s graces C or above.
  • Experience administering within a Windows Server environment.
  • Virtualisation experience, preferably VMWare.
  • Experience with AD, DNS and other core IT services.
  • Solid knowledge of disaster recovery processes and backup solutions.
