Finance ManagerBabraham£55,000-£65,000 per annumAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and career driven Finance Manager to join a leading Babraham based organisation in a permanent position.Reporting to the CEO, this role will see the post holder taking day to day responsibility for the financial reporting for the business, leading the established team of 4, and providing support to the CEO. Duties to include: Production of monthly management accounts to include Profit and loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Forecast and KPIs Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systemswhile acting as first point of contact for external auditors Production of budget and business plan Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout Management of the operational finance team Production and monitoring of costing reports, including for example service charge reports, facilities management contract performance reports CIS and VAT reverse tax charge compliance Finance business partnering to facilitate decision making for strategic projects and supporting business functionsThis client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual who is fully ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified and with ideally the following skills, experienceand attributes: Strong technical accounting knowledge Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with financial and non-financial staff at all levels. Experience of AR and AP Experience of running audits and full preparation of statutory accounts Ability to delegate and manage the work of others Experience of creating multi-million £ budgets Self-motivated and adaptable to change Ability to make independent decisions and methodically solve routine problems Knowledge of CIS and reverse charge VAT legislation (desirable) Experience in facilities/real estate and/or the building management industry (desirable)This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and thriving organisation, working with a long serving and friendly team, and in beautiful surroundings.A generous salary and benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate, including discretionary bonus and 10.5% contributory pension.Please apply now for more information.
