Servicedesk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst - Windows 10, Durham, North-East - to £21,100 plus free parking and amazing benefits.Leading Public Sector body has a great opportunity for a Degree educated Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to support on a busy helpdesk. You will have 12 months experience of working in a Servicedesk environment providing Helpdesk / 1st Line IT support demonstrating a high level of service and with the ability to provide excellent technical trouble shooting skills, to prioritise and manage workload effectively, managing several open Incidents/Problems/Queries/Requests simultaneously, have experience of MS Server/Desktop, Software support, Active Directory and some Telephony experience (desirable). Any exposure to ITIL working practices is also beneficial.As a Servicedesk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst you will have excellent client service skills, be proactive, have excellent communication skills and a team oriented approach.
