Seeking a HR and Payroll Manager, to lead the function of a growing organisation based local to Weston-Super-Mare!Main responsibilities and duties* Manage and deliver on the recruitment. * Manage HR policies, practices and processes. * Employee Relations.* Learning & Development.* Performance Management.* Engagement and Reward.* Provide support and guidance for disciplinary and grievances.* Ensure people records are kept up to date.* Manage all pre-onboarding and off-boarding tasks.* Monitor staff sickness and holiday entitlement.* Preparation of timesheets.* Ensuring the time and attendance system is accurate. * Lead monthly payroll processes and submission.Skills and experience* Strong background in HR.* Ideally Level 3 CIPD. * At least three years experience working in an operational role.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Experience processing end to end payroll.
