* Career Progression!* Busy working environment!Title: HR & Payroll Manager Location: Weston - super - MareSalary: £40,000 +We are working with a Leading UK Engineering business how are urgently seeking a HR & Payroll Manager to join their team. The position is a sole role and office based.Key Responsibilities:* Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for company hires.* Ensure that all company HR policies and practices are adhered to, along with maintaining accurate records.* Report to company directors on all HR metrics.* Process all company timesheets, and lead on the monthly end to end payroll process.* Prepare P11Ds & P60s.Technical Skills Required:* Strong HR experience (CIPD Level 3 desired).* Excellent communication skills and an ability to help employees with all enquires.* End to end payroll experience.* Highly organised and have an ability to work in a sole position.If you would like to know more about this role or would like to apply, please get in contact with Gregg Today!
