Working for a lovely Client based in Avonmouth we are looking for a full time Service Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. Duties will include: To be an integral part of the customer journey by ensuring estimates and costs are as agreed To process all available warranty and R&M queries Checking for any warranty and goodwill claims To ensure that products, oils and consumables are booked on to WIPs accurately with correct quantities WIP Management by running SO2 report and matching against CWC Wip report and update accordingly Resolving queries in a timely manner ensuring order number is included and final costs as agreed Interpreting and advising customers on warranty and policy matters Supplying estimates to customers Resolving customer invoice/estimate queries within a timely manner Reporting of lost hours and non compliance of paperwork Responsible for all aspects of Service filing ensuring no job pack is filed incomplete To utilise the Customer satisfaction system to maximise customer service levels Adhere to, implement and follow the current manufacture initiatives relevant to your role To utilise all tools and products, CWC or MB and third party to undertake your role in an effective manner Respectfully follow the manufacture warranty guidelines reference EWMR manual Check Pro4 to ensure all vehicle options have been selected including local submission rates SPPS loading parts and labour lines onto Kerridge Discussing payment with the customer and obtaining funds Notify workshop control of any service recall opportunities Advise Service Advisors of required rebooks PA requests and CLB requests (warranty administrator) Follow the Service 24 hour billing process Follow the My Van Service process Review 3C sheet to ensure checklist and final signature fields all complete
