Job Description

Work Pattern: 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday Main Responsibilities Responsibility for ensuring that planning data is maintained, reviewed, and updated in relevant systems and documents, supporting provision of a single, visible, and consolidated view of customer production requirements to support the SO&P cycle.Support on running critical weekly reports. Ensure data updates are correct and done in a timely manner to allow production schedule to be accurate and for our systems to generate the correct supply plans and ensuring an accurate visibility for our customerson the orders and stock availability.Planning Data: Responsibility for ensuring that all relevant planning data is reviewed, maintained and updated to maintain the integrity of the planning system on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
  • Feedback, recommendations, and solutions both internal and external with regards to service levels, on shelf availability, and depot availability in order to optimise sales and overall availability.
  • Review forecast accuracy monthly with outputs and recommendations to improve/stabilise on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder regarding bulk wine shipments, track and monitor shipment timelines to provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Convert placeholder orders to live works orders for new products.
  • Support weekly supply planning routines, and planning parameter & system data maintenance.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that all relevant planning data is reviewed, maintained, and updated in relevant documents. Develop and improve the co-pack process, reports and maintain any integration to planning systems.
Ideal Candidate
  • Highly Computer Literate, especially Excel
  • Strong eye for detail, flexible and adaptable
  • Experience of planning, S&OP & MRP-II & ERP environments, Advanced Planning Systems & ideally JDE
  • Ideally Supply Planning experience in FMCG
  • GCSE English or maths equivalent
About The ParkThe Park is a multi-award winning bottling facility, employing over 400 people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacityto produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!Encirc, has entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the worlds leading premium wine producers, to purchase the assets of "The Park" bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol.
