Job Description

Summary ENCIRC is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their team based in Avonmouth, Bristol. Work Pattern: 38.25 hours- annualised shift pattern working 12 hour day and night shifts Main Responsibilities You will be a key member of a multi disciplined team to operate a high performing production line with full ownership and accountability for product quality and line performance, taking a lead role in achieving continuous performance improvements throughchallenge and innovation, and through active participation in the lean culture and operational philosophy, whilst encompassing all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements.
  • Fully accountable within a defined team for the production line but also across the whole of production and the site
  • Proactively operate within the lean philosophy ensuring continuous improvements across all areas of business processes are achieved
  • Fully involved in a self reliant team, whilst delivering a positive contribution to our business
  • Operate assigned equipment and plant ensuring optimum line performance is achieved
  • Responsible for all quality standards and testing of the product produced on the line ensuring optimum levels are achieved. To fully support and assist in relation to all quality matters and testing
Ideal Candidate
  • NVQ Level 3 (UK) in Engineering Experience of maintenance
  • Experience of operating production machinery desired
  • Experience working in a high speed production environment
About The ParkThe Park is a multi-award winning bottling facility, employing over 400 people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacityto produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!Encirc, has entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the worlds leading premium wine producers, to purchase the assets of "The Park" bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol.
