Were proud of our history, while excitedly looking to the next horizon, and for talentedindividuals to join us as the company grows and our customer base expands.About the role:This will be primarily an execution position, where you will be creating strategies and leading their implementation to drive customer retention and post sales by leveraging a proven and scalable sales infrastructure.

  • With responsibility for a small but talented team you will develop a culture of continuous improvement, driving new and re-positioned proposals,
  • While working collaboratively with the broader business to inspirationally convey plans and the end of the journey!
  • Youll translate customer needs into innovative solutions that evolve our existing product offering, growing the business by differentiation.
  • Using data led decision making on the probability of success of various product development options & innovations,
  • Youll harness an existing omni-channel and multi-site sales organisation, building on, and enhancing customer retention and life-cycle management.
  • With keen understanding youll leverage "white labelling" where appropriate against the power of association with other leading brands.
  • Consistently monitoring our competitors and the market trends to get the best out of the business.
  • And youll own our existing product offerings and pro-actively manage the relationship with 3rd party product partners.
About you:
  • A Degree or equivalent in business management or marketing
  • With previous product management/customer life cycle management experience (ideally gained from within a B2C or B2B2C environment would be distinctly advantageous)
  • Youll also need a proven record of execution and experience of having operated within a SME which has seen material growth/successfully gained organic scale.
  • Youll need to be able to think strategically and demonstrate a data driven, analytical approach to product management
  • Youll have the ability to translate a vision into a practical roadmap with excellent communication skills,
  • And that you can move fast and think big to create new offerings from ideation to going live.
