Job Description

Summary ENCIRC has entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the worlds leading premium wine producers, to purchase the assets of "The Park" bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol, UK.On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Services Executive to join the team at "The Park", a high tech, award winning bottling plant in Avonmouth, Bristol Package Salary: £26,000 - £31,000Benefits youll love:

Work Pattern: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for customer facing relationships with communication at the forefront.You will be responsible for driving service, problem solving, the proactive management of customer relationships.Your Key Accountabilities:
  • 1-2-1 contact with Customer, consistency of approach, ownership and removing surprises
  • Working with Customer Operations Manager to optimise service levels and ongoing logistical solutions/optimisation for key assigned customers
  • Feedback, recommendations and solutions both internal and external with regards to service level
  • Supplier to customer excellence
  • Smooth management of delivery of product to customers
Ideal Candidate
  • FMCG / Retail experience preferred
  • Microsoft office knowledge, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Basic logistics experience is desirable
  • Experience of ordering systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Data interpretation knowledge
