Red Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join the UKs leading supplier of catering equipment in Avonmouth, Bristol. This role contains many benefits as well as a generous salary of £23,333 per annum.Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

Salary: £11.58 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm (a range of shift patterns available)
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, taking responsibility for processing each call
Resolving customer issues at the first point of contact
Providing excellent customer service to customers requiring assistance
Updating customers throughout their journey ensuring their expectations are managed
Undertaking additional service activities as requested

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Previous experience answering a telephone in a work setting
Excellent written and verbal skills are required
Previous experience working in a high-pressure environment
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
