Encirc, has entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the worlds leading premium wine producers, to purchase the assets of "The Park" bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol, UK.On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team at "The Park", a high tech, award winning bottling plant in Avonmouth, Bristol Package Salary: £24000 - £27000Benefits youll love:

Work Pattern: 36.25 hours per week Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving the quality of relationships at stocks, store level, seasonal, and allocations.You will be responsible for the integration of supplier and customer at the forefront of communication. You will be responsible for drivingavailability, problem solving, the proactive management of stock and lean stock control.Key accountabilities include:
  • Owning the daily order management process ensuring volumes ordered are in line with demand requirements.
  • Optimise end to end efficiencies & minimise packaging write offs for exclusive lines
  • Where required, carry out root cause analysis to understand any failings and work with supply chain to ensure continuous improvement
  • Smooth management of delivery of product to Distribution
  • Optimisation of delivery in to all distribution centres
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelors Degree - Qualified or experience in similar role.
  • Influence and Persuasion skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
About The ParkThe Park is a multi-award winning bottling facility, employing over 400 people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacityto produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute.
