Work Pattern: 36.25 hour per week, Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities This role will report into the Head of Contract Pack and will be directly responsible for the management of key customer supply agreements. The aim is to provide customers a single point of contact who will represent their interests and seek to ensure theyreceive first class customer service at all times. In addition, the role will require a significant level of project management experience to on-board new customers, ensuring all products are set up correctly to ensure first productions happen on the targetdate.Key to being successful in this role will be an ability to work closely with a number of different and diverse teams within The Park; finance, manufacturing, scheduling, materials, inventory and warehouse, representing the best interests of the customerat all times.
  • To provide a single point of contact between the customer and the operations teams at The Park; manufacturing, materials management, scheduling, finance, inventory and warehouse.
  • To project manage the on-boarding of the customers products and align processes to provide a seamless transition into The Park.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for key Co Pack customers.
  • Become the customers go to individual to resolve all issues post on-boarding so the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • To be expert in the specific customer supply agreements/contracts and their implementation.
Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills, drive, self-motivation and attention to detail are the key skills to be successful in this role as well as a desire to be part of a high-performing team.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing and/or supply chain role would be of value
  • End to end supply chain experience
  • Leadership capability in preparing and delivering internal and external interactions
  • Relevant IT system knowledge
  • Business / Finance qualification
  • Communicate well at all levels share ideas and contribute.
  • Take the initiative to problem solve, challenge and improve to deliver the agreed targets.
  • Professional approach with attention to detail, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
  • Able to work well under pressure with effective prioritisation.
About The ParkThe Park is a multi-award winning bottling facility, employing over 400 people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacityto produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!Encirc, has entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the worlds leading premium wine producers, to purchase the assets of "The Park" bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol.
