Brilliant are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Manchester for a Works Manager WHAT WERE LOOKING FOROur client is a well established and extremely well respected business specialising in Heavy Machining on a sub contractbasis for a range of businesses/sectors. Now as part of a larger organisation they growing and developing the business.They now require a new Works Manager who as part of the senior management team will lead the works team across all activities ensuring production is working at an optimum level and following all HS / Quality guidelines. THE IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is someone who comes from a machining / engineering background and is lookingto take on their first No 1 Leadership role.You willneed the technical expertise (Any one with experience of horizontal/vertical boring would certainly be of great interest) but you will also need excellent communication skills to deal with both internal and external relationships. WHATS IN IT FOR YOUDays of work are Monday - Friday
