This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners and contribute to their educational journey.Position: Nursery Teaching AssistantLocation: Denton, [Insert School Name]Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)Contract Type: Temporary/Permanent (depending on availability)Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the nursery teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Support childrens learning and development through one-on-one interactions and group sessions.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and exploration.
  • Help with daily routines such as snack time, playtime, and tidying up.
  • Provide individualised support to children with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a nurturing attitude towards children.
  • Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the Update Service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
