A great opportunity to join a highly regarded regional Law Firm in the Greater Manchester area, as they are looking to bring in an experienced Wills and ProbateParalegal to offer a quality service to their clients.The role will involve working alongside and with the existing members of their Wills & Probate Team, including managing their own caseload with the relevnt support provided. The work that the Team receives and conducts consists of:- Will preparation and if necessary appropriate tax planning- Creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney- Estate Administration (both taxable and non-taxable estates)- Trust administration- Care Home Fees Planning- Is proficient with all assistant/paralegal responsibilities, as well as general admin duties.If you are an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal seeking a new challenge with a reputable law firm, please upload your most recent CV.
