Costa Coffee on site, Onsite bakery products at Tameside One, The Restaurant at Tameside One, Retail discounts, Refectories on all sites.Here’s the standard bit: You will lead a very strong team and play a pivotal role in implementing the careers strategy, design and deliver high quality careers activities across the college. You will be working closely with teaching andsupport staff to develop students’ careers and progression. You will provide line management, motivate and inspire a team of Advisors to enable them thrive in their role.What you’ll need: Resilience and a highly innovative and motivated approach to careers service delivery, recent experience of providing careers guidance in a relevant setting and coordinating a range of progression related activities. Youwill need up to date knowledge of careers frameworks such as Gatsby Benchmarks, careers resources, a broad range of qualification structure and progression routes. The successful candidate will hold a Level 6 or above qualification in Careers Guidance (oryou will be working towards it).
