Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching strategies to meet the students unique needs.
Building a strong rapport with the student, promoting his engagement and confidence in the learning process.
Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitoring the students progress and providing regular feedback to teaching staff and parents.
Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Upholding safeguarding policies to ensure the students welfare.
