Job Description

Job Title: Science TeacherLocation: Denton, Greater ManchesterWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 AM - 4:00 PMSalary: Weekly PayContract Type: Temp-PermRequired Qualifications: Enhanced DBS on the update service, QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)Experience: Relevant teaching experience, ideally at KS3/KS4 level.Subject: ScienceWe are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Denton. This role involves teaching Science at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to the needs of students at KS3/KS4.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
Requirements:
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service is a mandatory requirement.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the Science subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
