My client, a leading Manufacturer in Greater Manchester is searching for an experienced Site Operations Director. This role offer high levels of autonomy, measurable targets with bonus/progression and is critical to the businesses success.Role Description
  • Responsible for all on site operations at a large, fast paced manufacturing facility
  • Overseeing Engineering and Production
  • Monitor site performance, implement improvements for performance, H&S, cost, OEE
  • Implement and champion Continuous Improvement methodology and processes across site
  • Responsible for any redevelopments and site re-investment projects
Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering Degree
  • Strong Background FMCG or similar manufacturing industry
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Trained
  • Proven track record at Director level
  • Knowledge of SAP, highly advantageous
